What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development of a cross-functional engineering team to integrate ApartmentIQ's market intelligence with Maven's content workflows
- Champion the use of AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and maintain quality
- Design and implement automated code review processes to optimize development efficiency
- Architect solutions that utilize real-time market data to trigger relevant actions
- Collaborate with Product teams on roadmap planning to ensure timely delivery of integration milestones
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in shipping data-intensive B2B SaaS products, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Deep expertise in Ruby on Rails, Sidekiq, and modern React/Tailwind frontends
- Proficiency in data storage patterns and an understanding of data ingestion workflows
- Proven experience in connecting disparate systems, such as APIs and data pipelines
- Strong collaborative skills with a high emotional intelligence to bridge technical and product perspectives
