      Partner with the best

      South East Asia – Installation Manger Leader will be responsible for the projects' portfolio within South East Asia Sub-Region and will play an essential role in the business growth managing the projects' portfolio with integrity, and compliance to the contractual scope, on-time delivery, quality and customer satisfaction.

      The role is critical to make sure Energy Equipment is able to properly follow the shift of the project's center of gravity from the HQ (before the shipment) to the site operations, ensuring a flawless execution through the entire life-cycle of the projects until startup and Commercial Operation Date.

      As the South East Asia – Installation Manger Leader, you will be responsible for:

      • Leads project managers and actively drives projects in South East Asia.
      • Establishes and communicates a shared vision and strategy within the projects' portfolio
      • Develops structure and framework to drive risk provision within the contractual frame, in order to exceed/meet the cost, schedule, quality & HSE targets
      • Evaluates and support sourcing of competitive third-party contracts and/or alliances for IET
      • Ensures compliance with company standards, policies and regulations
      • Protects/enhances sales, contribution margin, orders, convertibility and ensure timely cash collections
      • Exceeds customer expectations, enhance customer relationship and ensure business credibility
      • Ensures rigorous project review rhythm and achievement of key project's milestones and KPIs
      • Ensures consistent utilization of Energy Equipment tools and processes applicable to the scope of project being executed
      • Develops and mentors individual team members' capabilities to enhance their skillset and expertise within the project management organization
      • Leads the resolution of any issues including lack of adherence to contracts, project quality or schedule issues
      • Demonstrates strategic and tactical knowledge to deliver excellence and drive continuous improvement and compliance
      • Leads complex negotiations for project settlements including negotiation with non-supportive customers, partners and sub-contractors

      To be successful in this role you will:

      • Have bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical or electrical preferred.
      • Have 10+ years of work experience and least 8 years of work experience directly in project management with 5 years of working experience in leading a multicultural team.
      • Proven PM functional competencies.
      • Strong inter-personal and communication skills.
      • Available to travel at short notice
      • Able to interface effectively at all levels of the organization and customers.
      • Demonstrated competency in using standard project management tools.
