Job Description

- Accountable for the POEA and Visa processing.
- Responsible on the daily operational responsibilities of the POEA and Visa processing, including:
- Ensuring that monitoring for POEA and Visa are updated;
- Ensuring that POEA contracts and Visa of all crew members are timely released;
- Ensuring that applications for visa are submitted to the Global Visa team on a timely manner;
- Uploading scanned copies of visa in C-TRAC on a timely manner;
- Ensuring that Visa of non-appointment CM¿s with complete documents are collated, processed and applied on time; and
- Conducting Visa briefing on crew members.
- Individual Performance. Ensures consistent service delivery with what constitute as a good performance as per agreed satisfactory performance standards and metrics.
- Achieves customer satisfaction, reflecting in the formal review channels such as the weekly alignment and reports.
- Complies with company policies, ethics and maintains a strict confidentiality in all business matters.
- Ensures proper compliance with the documented process as agreed with the Global Processing Team, Global Visa Team and Onboarding Team, as well as compliance with different government agencies and embassy¿s processes and guidelines.
- Contributes to the growth of RCMI by reinforcing the company values by being an active and responsible staff.
- Takes initiative for proper and timely action, and active communication with all necessary parties.
- Assists the POEA and Visa supervisor in driving a culture of high team performance.
- Assists the POEA and Visa supervisor in service delivery improvements, driving regular process review for the purpose of providing value adding feedback and improvement to Global Processing Team, Global Visa Team and Onboarding Team.
- Other tasks as maybe assigned by the Documents Processing Supervisor.

- At least 1-2 years of experience in the same position preferred
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor¿s/College Degree, preferably in International Studies or Maritime Field
- Knowledge in various POEA and Visa requirements, application, other documents required in joining ports.
- Knowledge in the use of Office Productivity Tools
