      THE JOB :

      It is the primary responsibility of the Corporate Special Events Coordinator to assist in the planning and execution of corporate and property events for internal clients and stakeholders, including casino marketing, sponsorship activations and other corporate events. The Special Events Coordinator will have a direct role in the trafficking and proofing of event marketing collateral and will be a support extension to the Property Event Teams as needed to carry out a successful event.

      THE STARTING RATE: $20.00 Hourly

      THE DAY-TO-DAY:

      • Coordinate pre-production, production, and post-event marketing materials under the direction of the Special Events Manager.

      • Provide feedback and oversee deployment of event marketing efforts in a timely manner between various internal departments.

      • Attend assigned events and ensured previously planned items are executed with the highest level of service.

      • Departmental file management including financial records, vendor proposals, memoranda, correspondence, and office reports and other confidential records for the department.

      • Maintain and update the marketing portal with event details including criteria, schedule of events, prize structure and earning criteria.

      THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

      • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required

      • Two (2) years of prior relevant experience in Guest Experience or Event Planning required

      • Possess excellent working knowledge of PC computer software programs to include but not limited to; Microsoft Office, Outlook, Canva, Amadeus, Adobe

      • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
