What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively engage with potential customers through door-to-door interactions to present service offerings
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while enhancing customer experiences
- Conduct post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Clearly communicate and explain T-Mobile's products and services to customers
- Adapt sales approaches based on customer needs and market trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Proven sales proficiency in direct consumer sales, particularly door-to-door
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to connect with customers and address their inquiries
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing
- Experience in a direct sales or retail environment, especially in telecommunications
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) certification
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in previous roles
- Advanced negotiation skills to secure sales agreements
