      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with potential customers through door-to-door interactions to present T-Mobile's latest offers and services
      - Achieve sales targets by effectively communicating and addressing customer inquiries
      - Conduct post-sales follow-ups to ensure an exceptional customer experience
      - Utilize negotiation skills to secure sales agreements and exceed sales targets
      - Adapt sales approaches based on varying customer needs and market conditions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Less than 2 years of experience in direct sales or retail, preferably in telecommunications or consumer electronics
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a target-driven sales role
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective customer engagement
      - Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing
      - Certification as a Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
      - Certification as a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
