What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain the integrity and reliability of the organization’s HRIS
- Collaborate with HRIS Analysts, Business Process Owners, and IT team members to support project deadlines
- Prepare reports and present findings to the HRIS Manager
- Identify, recommend, and program custom functions, queries, and reports
- Provide user training and hands-on support for HRIS applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or at least three years of experience with HR business systems
- Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with human resources policies and procedures
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Thorough understanding of information systems with technical expertise in at least one commercial HRIS product
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
