- Support, analyze, optimize, and harmonize Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) processes across all locations.
- Ensure consistent execution of SAP processes covering procurement, inventory management, inbound/outbound logistics, and warehouse operations.
- Identify digitalization opportunities and drive process improvement initiatives globally.
- Training and Change Management: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
- Assess Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze warehouse management needs and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Serve as the SCM MM/WM process expert within the business unit and provide first-level global support for SAP MM/WM users and help resolve system/process issues.
- Collaborate with global IT and digitalization teams to implement improvements or enhancements and Support configuration discussions, review functional specifications, and validate solution design.
- Act as the link between Cellasto business teams and IT/digitalization stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into SAP requirements, ensuring alignment with global templates and standards.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Logistics, Customer Service, and Engineering teams on process topics.
- Participate as a test user for SAP upgrades, releases, and enhancements. Prepare, execute, validate, and document test cases. Support defect resolution and ensure system readiness for go-live.
- Support creation and global standardization of SAP label printing solutions for Cellasto.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and harmonization across international sites.
- Lead or support global SCM/IT projects related to MM/WM.
- Conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, and training.
- Support changing management activities to ensure smooth adoption across global teams.
- Monitor SCM KPIs such as inventory accuracy, warehouse throughput, and TO cycle times.
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to global processes, compliance, and audit standards.
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Technology, or related field.
- English fluency required; German or Mandarin is an asset.
- Experience in Supply Chain Management or SCM related IT roles. Proven experience as a Functional SAP WM and MM Consultant with a strong understanding of warehouse management processes. Stronger focus on the technical part
- Expertise in SAP WM and MM configuration and customization and Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus with Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of OTC, logistics, and warehouse processes. And Integration with other SAP Modules like PP and QM.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
