Job Description

- Coordinate with venues on event requests and receipt of tickets
- Work with LOBs on allocating tickets based on priorities and demand, in placing orders in the firm’s the ticket management system and support mobile ticket distribution
- Use remaining inventory to meet business needs for internal business groups, BRGs and employee purchase
- Support team in ticket management for high priority events such as US Open Tennis
- Manage purchase cards, manage budgets, pay invoices, guide renewal conversations, receive budget approval & update procedures and Controls requirements to ensure firm follows all requirements
- Provide analysis and management reporting & improve processes and lead improvements to operations
- Ticket coverage includes West Coast properties and some ticket troubleshooting so some flexibility needed to cover venues and LOB needs based on event schedule.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated proficiency in operations and transaction accuracy
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Access
- Experience working with client facing LOBs
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- BA/BS degree and two plus years related work experience
- Familiarity with databases or content management systems
- Strong work ethic and highly motivated
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and develop partnerships
Sports & Entertainment Marketing Tickets Associate
The Sports & Entertainment Marketing (S&E) team, part of the Marketing organization, focuses on leveraging partnerships to guide engagement and cultivate client/customer relationships to deliver business outcomes. Partnerships managed centrally by the S&E team include venues, teams, talent and events that serve the needs of businesses and initiatives across JPMorgan Chase. This role will manage all aspects of ticket and suite management with sports and entertainment external partners. The role will collaborate closely with LOB contacts and internal Event Management leads to meet the businesses’ client hosting objectives. Candidates should enjoy working as part of a team, independently managing responsibilities and improving processes and operations.
