As a Squad member, you strive to consistently deliver the MOD Pizza experience to all guests. You are a role model of super-fast service and help create a memorable, inspiring, and unique experience, while preparing and presenting outstanding pizzas and salads within a cool environment.
Essential Job Functions
• Make pizzas, salads and other menu offerings adhering to MOD standards to ensure the best possible finished product.
• Prepare, cook, and package guests orders ensuring timely, quality and consistent execution every time.
• Follow all food safety prep and storage standards/procedures as they are defined in MOD operations resources and training.
• Use the tools provided to ensure the restaurant looks clean, organized, welcoming and ready to deliver the best guests experience.
• Show up to work on time, in MOD dress code, and ready to deliver an excellent and memorable MOD experience to all guests, vendors and fellow squad members.
• Demonstrate the fundamentals of hospitality (friendly, accurate and fast) on every shift.
• Follow instruction and welcome coaching and direction from all restaurant leaders (All Stars, Shift Captains, Restaurant Coach, MIT’s and GM’s)
• Share your knowledge with others to support the success of the TEAM, your restaurant and fellow Squad members
• Take care of your guests and get to know them by being welcoming and engaging in conversation when they are in the restaurant. Maintain a mindset of serving others and ensure quality standards are upheld during busy shifts.
• Work closely and have fun together to create the MOD experience for out MOD Squad and guests
Educational / Experience
• No Previous experience required. Any Service related industry experience is a plus
Skills/Abilities :
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to understand oral and/or written instruction
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with MOD Squad Members
• Possesses a passion for MOD Pizza
Physical and Mental Requirements
Finger Dexterity: Using primarily the fingers to make small movements such as typing, picking up small objects, or pinching fingers together.
Talking: Especially where one must frequently convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, loudly or quickly.
Hearing: Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information.
Repetitive Motions: Movements frequently and regularly required using the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
Visual: Average, ordinary, visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or products, or operate machinery.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense, understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions and to deal with problems involving a few variables.
Mathematics Ability: Ability to perform very basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing two digit numbers, to perform the four basic arithmetic operations with money; to perform operations with units such as inch, foot and yard, ounce and pound.
Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or employees of the organization.

Must be physically able to work at any duty station in the kitchen or service area when needed on a temporary basis and operate cash register as appropriate. Have the ability to stand and walk for approximately 95-100% of shift including the ability to bend, reach and lift. May be required to lift objects up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
