      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including scenario modeling, to support key business decisions
      - Prepare and present financial findings for the Client Finance team and broader internal stakeholders
      - Derive and synthesize key insights for internal stakeholders to enhance client financial support and management
      - Support cross-functional collaboration to gather data, build complex models, and develop executive-level presentations
      - Lead or support special ad hoc client-specific projects as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or another quantitative field
      - At least 1-2 years of experience in a Finance or medical economics-related field
      - Experience with a consultative approach to financial modeling
      - Advanced Excel skills, including extensive knowledge of key formulas and functions
      - Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking and effective communication of financial insights

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Basic knowledge of GAAP and familiarity with the U.S. Health System and healthcare financial elements
      - Quick learner with good follow-through and experience interpreting healthcare provider contracts
