What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Director of Benefits (US/Canada) in administering employee benefit plans, focusing on Leave of Absence, Disability, and Retirement plans
- Manage day-to-day administration, compliance, auditing, and reporting for employer-sponsored retirement plans
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external benefit providers and carriers
- Provide high-level service to employees and HR business partners regarding benefits matters
- Ensure compliance of all benefits programs with current legal requirements and monitor for future changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 6 years of relevant Human Resources experience, including administration and oversight of employee benefit plans
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- High attention to detail with strong analytical abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
