What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external clients to understand business needs
- Design, build, and operationalize best-in-class solutions for clients
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for audit projects
- Analyze applications coding and support users of critical VM-based applications
- Communicate effectively with business users to understand technical issues and server performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6-10 years of experience as a business analyst
- Strong working knowledge of the general technology landscape, including Azure, infrastructure, and applications
- Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance or reinsurance
- Proven ability to create thorough documentation
- Experience working with global business users
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in remediation roles for audit projects
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical and technical background, particularly in server and technology performance
