      Summary:

      The Sr. Content & Visual Marketing Specialist is responsible for producing execution-ready marketing content and visuals. This senior individual contributor role exists to increase marketing velocity by delivering finished, high-quality copy and visual assets for campaign execution. No direct reports.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
      • Write ready-to-use marketing copy for email campaigns (subject lines, preview text, body copy, CTAs), landing page content blocks, event promotions, paid and organic digital campaigns, and similar deliverables
      • Ensure content is audience-centered, clearly communicates the WIFM (What's In It For Me), aligns with campaign goals, and other marketing principles
      • Use digital tools (CMS, creative platforms, AI platforms) as the primary production method to create and repurpose content into emails, social copy, and campaign assets; create multiple content variants efficiently; refresh and reuse existing marketing assets
      • Prepare publication-ready social media content for Marketing Coordinator scheduling and posting, including final post copy, final visuals, suggested cadence or sequencing
      • Partner with video editor (and in some cases leverage our AI video production tool) with an emphasis on delivering video assets across multiple campaigns and channels
      • Create execution-ready visuals that convey key messaging; including social media and email graphics, video thumbnails, and other campaign visuals
      • Apply brand standards and basic design principles to deliver clean, professional visuals
      • Ensure no major content asset is used only once when reuse is appropriate
      • Serve as the first quality gate for all produced content
      • Self-edit for clarity, tone, structure, and message accuracy before submission
      • Co-manage campaign and communications calendars in close collaboration with marketing managers
      • Maintain strong organizational discipline by tracking assigned work, meeting deadlines consistently

      Qualifications/Education :
      • Proven experience producing finished marketing content in a variety of formats and voices
      • Strong understanding of persuasive marketing copy, including subject lines and CTAs
      • AI proficiency for content creation and repurposing
      • Demonstrated focus on production, throughput, and content reuse
      • Practical visual design and technical skills (Canva, etc.)
      • Experience working with video content and AI editing software such as Descript
      • Demonstrated ability to independently manage work using structured systems (calendars, task tracking, project management tools)
      • Ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines independently
      • Strong self-editing and quality control habits
      • Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience
      • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field (or 7 years of related work experience in lieu of a degree)
      • Occasional travel (1-2x per year) may be required.

      Job Classification:

      Sedentary- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. A sedentary job involves sitting most of the time.
