      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the reliability, availability, and performance of digital systems through building monitoring systems and automating deployments
      - Participate in incident response and ensure production readiness alongside development teams
      - Implement best practices around infrastructure-as-code, observability, and secure deployments
      - Create actionable dashboards and alerts while documenting runbooks tied to alerts
      - Mentor junior team members and facilitate design/ops reviews

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
      - 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or infrastructure support roles
      - Proficiency with Linux-based systems and shell scripting
      - Experience with one or more cloud platforms, preferably AWS
      - Strong desire to learn and grow in automation, observability, and SRE practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS)
      - Exposure to security tools or compliance requirements
      - Certifications in AWS, Terraform, or Kubernetes
      - Experience using log aggregation tools (e.g., ELK Stack, FluentBit, Loki)
      - Background in regulated environments (e.g., PCI, HIPAA, FedRAMP) with experience implementing security automation at scale
