      Keplr Vision is a managed services organization that works in support of private practice independent optometrists, providing robust business support services and supply chain management to over 250 locations across the United States.       GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

      The primary responsibility of this position is to lead marketing support services for independent optometry practices as part of our managed services organization. This includes developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing budgets and implementing measurement & analytics processes. The Sr Director of Marketing will develop and lead a team in providing data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.

The person in this role should be prepared to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. Reporting to the Chief Merchandising Officer and under the guidance of the optometrist or location manager, assist with activities including but not limited to the following:

      • Define marketing goals in collaboration with independent optometry practices
      • Plan and allocate budgets
      • Collaborate with Independent Optometry Practices to ensure campaign quality and messaging is aligned with objectives
      • Optimize and improve marketing strategies and implementation based on progress analysis and feedback from Independent Optometry Practices
      • Prospect growth opportunities through market research and target audience analysis
      • Oversee strategy execution, tracking the progress, and reporting to stakeholders
      • Develop and implement measurement strategies that align with marketing and business objectives.
      • Analyze marketing performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
      • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics.
      • Leverage advanced and predictive analytic techniques to forecast trends and optimize marketing strategies.
      • Collaborate cross-functionally with Data and Analytics team to ensure alignment and integration of insights.
      • Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
      • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics.

      EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

      The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience and:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
      • Proven experience in marketing measurement and analytics
      • Proficiency in analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
      • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative spirit
      • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
      • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and team members.
      • Experience with SQL and data manipulation preferred
      • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI preferred
      • Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques preferred
      • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and strategies
