      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with key stakeholders, end-users, and application team members to optimize the application’s configuration, function, and access
      - Serve as a primary support contact for application end-users
      - Initiate the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the application
      - Perform analysis of information technology in clinical work processes and validate the impacts to the workflow
      - Support junior staff members in the evaluation and resolution of service tickets and day-to-day operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
      - Epic Cadence/Referrals Certification
      - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
      - Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary
      - Proficiency in computer software (i.e., Microsoft Office)

      - Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Experience in leading, motivating, developing, and training others
