What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Initiate the implementation, build, and modification of complex healthcare applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to optimize application configuration and functionality
- Serve as a primary support contact for application end-users and resolve application issues
- Conduct testing and document workflow design to enhance application performance
- Maintain regular communication with team members and participate in project meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- EpicCare Ambulatory, Kaleidoscope, and Bones Certifications required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare or healthcare-related organization
- Strong operational, project management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with physician practices' workflows and hospital outpatient departments
- Understanding of integration points such as scheduling, lab, radiology, and billing
- Experience in mentoring or leading teams in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of ophthalmology physician practices' workflows
