      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze supply chain data to provide insights on initiative performance, forecasts, and budgeting
      - Produce forecasts for supply expense trends and update forecasts throughout the fiscal year
      - Develop analytic models to provide insights for supply expense budgeting
      - Create budget variance reporting templates and organize market report-outs
      - Collaborate with analysts from other functions to ensure consistency in measurement and reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
      - Minimum of 3 years of related experience in supply chain analytics or a similar role
      - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting
      - Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and present complex information clearly
      - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the healthcare industry or with healthcare-related analytics
      - Familiarity with budgeting processes and variance analysis
      - Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
      - Advanced proficiency in analytical software or tools
      - Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement
