      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a sales strategist for Sales VPs, providing analytics and trade planning support
      - Collaborate with customer selling teams to optimize trade and brand strategies using customer data
      - Design and coordinate the implementation of promotional programs
      - Consolidate insights on sales performance and share with internal stakeholders
      - Identify opportunities to drive sales volume through data analysis and present viable solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree required
      - Minimum 7-10 years of relevant industry experience in sales, account management, or trade funding
      - Experience working with retailers in a Sales, Account Management, or Sales Planning capacity
      - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data sources like Nielsen or IRI
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Tableau

      - Experience with E-Commerce customers
      - Ability to build influential working relationships at all levels
      - Effective written and presentation skills with an aptitude for simplifying complex subjects
