What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and influencers at customer accounts
- Communicate regularly with customers to convey value propositions and identify opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to service customer accounts effectively
- Handle customer issues and requests in collaboration with Application Engineers, CSMs, and CSRs
- Understand customer strategies, challenges, and business performance to drive growth and retention
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical outside sales related to industrial automation solutions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of sales principles, tactics, and strategies
- High degree of professionalism, dependability, and self-direction
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present information effectively

- Experience in the automation and factory solutions industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decision-makers
