      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Educate, train, and support national channel partners to effectively position Comcast Business products and services
      - Drive incremental monthly sales to meet or exceed budget objectives with assigned partners
      - Establish overall goals, budgets, and strategic direction with each assigned partner
      - Conduct regular operations review meetings to identify and resolve operational support issues
      - Provide accurate and detailed weekly forecasts and reporting via SalesForce

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience in building strong relationships with indirect channel sales partners
      - Proven ability to meet quota expectations and key performance indicators (KPIs)
      - Strong foundational knowledge of telecom business solutions
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
      - Must be comfortable with up to 50% travel to partner sites and events

      - Extensive related professional experience in channel management or partner development
      - Demonstrated success in driving sales through indirect distribution channels
      - Familiarity with the latest telecom products and services
      - Strong communication and relationship-building skills
      - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as necessary
