What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage patient intake and registration processes, ensuring accurate data entry
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to schedule appointments and follow-up visits

- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related position
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with patient scheduling software
- Certification in medical assisting or related field
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with insurance verification and billing processes
