What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth of Surestep products within assigned territories
- Conduct training sessions and provide customer support to key accounts
- Assess customer needs and prioritize opportunities for significant impact
- Create onboarding programs and product training for new customers
- Track and measure the effectiveness of sales programs and adjust strategies as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Certified Orthotist or Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist with sales and marketing experience
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record in accordance with the employer's policies
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Pediatric Lower Extremity Orthotics
- Postgraduate coursework relevant to the field
- Strong public speaking skills with experience presenting to groups
- Ability to travel extensively, approximately 2 weeks per month
- Previous experience in the orthotics and prosthetics industry
