      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive growth by creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies for Surestep products in the assigned territory
      - Lead training sessions and present at educational events to support key customers
      - Assess and prioritize customer base to maximize sales impact
      - Develop onboarding programs and product training for new customers
      - Track and measure program effectiveness, adjusting strategies as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Certified Orthotist or Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist with sales and marketing experience
      - Minimum of 8+ years of related experience required
      - Must have or be eligible to obtain a valid driver's license
      - Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling to the orthotics and prosthetics community, particularly in pediatric lower extremity orthotics
      - Postgraduate coursework related to the field
      - Ability to engage and educate diverse groups in-person and virtually
      - Strong public speaking skills and familiarity with trade show participation
