      SharePoint Customer Support Specialist (Senior Level) SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT II
      • B.S. in Information Technology or closely related field
      • 3+ years' experience in the following tools:

      o InfoPath

      o SharePoint Designer

      o Nintex

      Microsoft Flow
      • 5+ years' experience with editing and updating HTML, CSS, and

      JavaScript
      • Experience in identifying and remediating Section 508

      compliance issues
      • Experience in writing and maintaining documentation
      • 3 years training experience required
