      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee project Work in Progress (WIP), managing timelines and allocating resources effectively to ensure timely production
      - Develop monthly and annual production and capacity plans for factories, monitoring performance against the plan
      - Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure accurate invoicing and payments
      - Cultivate and manage vendor relationships, including onboarding and paperwork
      - Identify and resolve production issues promptly to maintain efficiency and meet production goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
      - Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in production or manufacturing
      - Proficient in scheduling, project management, and data analysis software
      - Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication and time management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Multilingual experience preferred
      - Proficiency in ERP/MRO systems (NetSuite)
      - Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
      - Demonstrated ability to exemplify company values and meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
