      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the vision and technical roadmap for the employer’s enterprise data architecture, including ingestion, storage, modeling, and serving layers for analytics
      - Lead the design of logical and physical data models to support enterprise metrics, dashboards, and analytics
      - Define and implement data quality, validation, and monitoring frameworks to ensure trusted data definitions
      - Partner with product management to translate governance decisions into technical implementations in the data platform
      - Mentor and elevate the skills of senior and mid-level engineers in data modeling and governance practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 8 years of experience in building and maintaining scalable data platforms and production pipelines
      - Proven track record of leading cross-team technical initiatives and influencing stakeholders
      - Deep experience with cloud data ecosystems (e.g., AWS) and modern data warehouses (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake)
      - Strong background in data modeling for both OLTP and OLAP environments
      - Hands-on experience in implementing data quality and governance frameworks, especially in regulated environments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience partnering with Product Management and Analytics to define and deliver platform capabilities
      - Proficiency in a modern programming language used in data engineering (e.g., Python, Java, Scala)
      - Familiarity with BI and analytics tools and their integration with governed data layers
      - Experience with workflow orchestration and data integration tools like Airflow
      - Knowledge of AI tools for development
