      The Opportunity

      We have an exciting role as Store Manager to join our Edinburgh team, The working schedule is based on full time schedule 5 days per week (37.5hrs) Monday – Sunday inclusive, Our Store Managers are responsible for overseeing our stores, staff, merchandise and customer service, achieving sales objectives and maintaining the highest operational and merchandizing standards. You’ll also build highly motivated teams, and coach and develop them to the next level.

      Profit and Sales Generation:

      Meeting sales goals

      Analysing available sales reports and data to determine the needs of the business, setting business strategies

      Support the development of the Fragrance Consultants skills, ensuring tea mis are fluent in all aspects of product knowledge

      Demonstrate sales leadership, playing an active role on the selling floor

      Customer Service:

      Ensure all Fragrance Consultants provide the highest level of customer service

      Resolve all customer problems and complaints quickly and effectively, assisting team members where needed

      Operations:

      Ensure correct staffing levels

      Understand and execute cash control procedures including bank deposits, safe funds, petty cash

      Merchandising/Visual: Partner with operations, logistics & product teams to ensure the right assortment for the store, communicating inventory needs to support the business goal

      Ensure the selling floor is always picture perfect and reflective of current visual direction

      Human Resources:

      Working with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure all vacancies are filled in a timely manner with the right candidate

      Continually evaluate the performance of each Fragrance Consultant and provide constant feedback to ensure results
