      This internship/apprenticeship is designed for highly analytical candidates looking to engage with complex, high-impact strategic challenges such as portfolio expansion, business model transformation, and asset value optimization. You will work within the office of a member of Accor’s Executive Committee contributing to high-visibility projects while collaborating directly with various brands, regions, and global governance teams in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating international setting.

      Job Description

      Key Responsibilities:

      ➢ Business model innovation & financial analysis

      • Identify growth opportunities and support the development of new business models in priority markets
      • Support the assessment of expansion opportunities, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and portfolio strategy
      • Build financial projections and assess the economic viability of development initiatives

      ➢ Portfolio retention & asset performance

      • Contribute to analytical tools and frameworks to anticipate churn, support retention strategies

      ➢ Strategic analysis & executive presentation

      • Deliver concise strategic analyses and executive-level presentations to support senior management decision-making.

      Qualifications

      ➢ Education

      • Master’s level student (M1 or M2) from Business School or Engineering School
      • Specialization in strategy, finance, real estate, hospitality, data disciplines

      ➢ Experience

      • Prior experience (internship or apprenticeship) in strategy consulting, private equity, hotel development is strongly valued

      ➢ Languages

      • Fluent in English and French, written and spoken

      ➢ Technical Skills

      • Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities
      • Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modelling, data analysis) and PowerPoint (executive storytelling)

      ➢ Personal Attributes

      • Ability to structure complex problems with rigor and clarity
      • Autonomy, professional maturity, and strong sense of ownership
      • Intellectual curiosity and strong interest in luxury and hospitality industries
      • Comfort operating in cross-functional, multicultural, senior-level environments
