      Superintendent – Commercial Construction (Large GC Experience Required)

      A growing, family‑style General Contractor is seeking a skilled Superintendent to run commercial projects.

      Location: South Denver Metro

      Project Types: K–12, multifamily, commercial new build & remodel

      Reports To: General Superintendent & Operations Managers

      Schedule: 50–60 hrs/week (open/close the site)

      What You’ll Do:

      • Lead all onsite construction operations: civil, utilities, layout, structure, finishes
      • Manage carpenters, foremen, and multiple subcontractor crews
      • Create and maintain your own project schedules
      • Use Bluebeam daily; Microsoft Project is a huge plus
      • Ensure quality, safety, coordination, and smooth daily workflow
      • Open and close the site — expect 50–60 hrs/week

      What You Bring:

      • 5+ years Superintendent experience with a large commercial GC
      • Experience on schools, multifamily, or ground‑up commercial builds
      • Strong layout, sequencing, and field‑coordination skills
      • OSHA 10/30 preferred; CITC/union apprenticeship/CM degree a plus
      • Leadership, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple trades independently

      This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $62.50/hr.
