- Provide and oversee operations & maintenance for Woodall, Transmission Grid Management (TGM) and other Oncor facilities as assigned.
- Negotiate with vendors, and contractors to obtain cost effective pricing, insuring adequate service for fire control systems, security systems, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment, underground fuel storage, emergency generators, electrical and mechanical plant etc.
- Manage operation and maintenance of Woodall and TGM mission critical electrical/mechanical systems , relays, breakers, Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and other associated equipment.
- Perform and/or oversee inspections, testing, maintenance and repairs of Building Management System (BMS), building plant, building fire systems, electrical system (generators, batteries, UPS, switchgear).
- Provide guidance to management in matters involving facilities infrastructure including new additions, upgrades and repairs.
- Perform maintenance and operational testing of generators and other electrical and mechanical equipment as assigned.
- Provide emergency response to TGM and Woodall building operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned when required.
- Track and manage various projects, spending, and invoices.
- Monitor and see to completion all work orders for designated sites in work order system.
- Serve as main point of contact for Oncor employees, addressing complaints, resolving issues, and providing updates.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to translate complex issues in to clear and concise solutions.
- Ability to analyze and develop action plans to mitigate problems.
- Ability to supervise activities of employees, maintenance representatives and contractors.
- Proficient computer application skills such as Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word and other applicable programs.
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
- Applicants with 5 years experience in Facilities Management or Utility operations are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with HVAC and electrical/mechanical systems.
- Experience with operation and maintenance of generators, relays, circuit breakers.
- Knowledge of electrical power systems, including multi circuit transfer systems.
- Facilities will be maintained in good condition to support the critical needs of TGM, Woodall and other facilities as assigned.
- Effectively manages planned maintenance and renovation activities to avoid interference with daily operations.
- Timely and accurately manages equipment maintenance agreements and ensures they are kept current and equipment maintenance is completed on schedule as defined within each agreement.
- Timely and accurately manages emergency response plans to ensure they are kept current and response times are within guidelines when activated.
- Ensures work is performed according to accepted safe work practices and procedures.

Summary
A Supervisor of Facilities Management manages the daily operations and maintenance at Oncor owned facilities as assigned to ensure a safe, functional, and compliant environment. This role balances technical oversight-such as coordinating repairs and services-with people management, including vendor relations and contractor supervision, to maintain high levels of employee satisfaction.
