      • Maintenance Planning & Execution
        Plan, coordinate, and manage maintenance work requests through effective allocation of manpower, materials, and schedules to maximize equipment uptime and operational reliability.

      • Maintenance Cost & Spare Parts Control
        Manage sourcing of spare parts from approved vendors, control maintenance expenditure, and prepare periodic maintenance and repair cost reports for management review.

      • Maintenance Records & Documentation
        Ensure accurate and timely updating of maintenance records, including downtime history, preventive maintenance schedules, STOP card rectification progress, and related reports.

      • Team Leadership & Capability Development
        Lead, supervise, and coach maintenance technicians to improve performance and minimize downtime, including planning and execution of training and individual development programs in coordination with Human Resources.

      • Preventive Maintenance, Problem Solving & Engineering Design
        Lead root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and systematic problem-solving for recurring equipment issues, and perform engineering design, modification, and improvement works to enhance equipment reliability, safety, and performance.

      • Safety, Compliance & Housekeeping
        Ensure workshop housekeeping complies with 5S standards and support compliance with IMS requirements, safety regulations, and statutory inspections by relevant authorities DOSH/JKKP, DOE, etc.

      • CAPEX & Improvement Projects
        Propose, support, and manage CAPEX and continuous improvement projects aimed at improving plant safety, productivity, and product quality, including engineering evaluation and technical justification.

      • Coordination, Availability & Other Duties
        Coordinate with production teams, contractors, vendors, auditors, and regulatory bodies to ensure maintenance activities meet safety, quality, cost, and timeline objectives; remain available to arrange and support urgent repair works on a 24-hour basis, including weekends and public holidays; and carry out any other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
