      Your impact

      • Assess and continuously monitor supplier capacity, operational constraints, and production conditions to ensure stable on-time, in-full (OTIF) deliveries.
      • Serve as a key interface between Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Materials Planning to safeguard material availability and drive proactive supplier continuity actions.
      • Conduct on site or virtual supplier assessments to identify risks, capacity gaps, and improvement opportunities.
      • Drive supplier development efforts through Lean Manufacturing principles such as waste elimination, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), standardized work, Heijunka, Yamazumi analysis, SMED, and Kaizen.
      • Develop, analyze, and maintain supplier performance dashboards and management reports to track progress and highlight improvement opportunities.

      Your Experience and Qualifications

      Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent technical diploma) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering. Degrees in Electrical or Electronics Engineering are highly valued, particularly for suppliers specializing in wiring harnesses, PCB assemblies, and electrical components. Over 5 years of experience in supplier development and supplier performance improvement across diverse manufacturing environments. Demonstrates proficiency in oral, written, and listening communication in English and native language(s). Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, constraints analysis, and quality tools (e.g., RCA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA).
