  Zur Verstärkung unseres wachsenden Standorts suchen wir einen Supplier Quality Engineer – Elektrische Komponenten (m/w/d), der Lieferanten für elektrische und elektromechanische Bauteile qualifiziert und höchste Qualitäts‑ und Technologiestandards sicherstellt.

  Ihre Aufgaben

  • Qualifizierung, Bewertung und kontinuierliche Entwicklung von Lieferanten für elektrische und elektromechanische Komponenten

  • Durchführung von Lieferantenaudits (Prozess-, Produkt-, Systemaudits) und Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen

  • Unterstützung von NPI‑ und DfX‑Projekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering und R&D

  • Anwendung und Moderation von 8D, FMEA, SPC sowie weiteren Qualitätsmethoden

  • Analyse technischer Fehlerursachen, Definition von Korrekturmaßnahmen und Wirksamkeitskontrolle

  • Durchführung von Produkt‑ und Prozessqualifizierungen (PQP) inkl. Prozessfähigkeitsbewertungen

  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der globalen Lieferantenbasis hinsichtlich Qualität, Technologie und Liefertreue

  • Schnittstellenkoordination mit Engineering, Produktion, Supply Chain und internationalen Teams

  Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Mechatronik
    oder elektrotechnische Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung

  • Erfahrung in Supplier Quality, Supplier Engineering oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Rolle

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in FMEA, 8D, SPC

  • Erfahrung mit Fertigungs‑, Montage‑ oder Prüfprozessen elektrischer/elektronischer Komponenten

  • Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1/B2+)

  • Kenntnisse in APQP/PPAP/PQP

  • Auditerfahrung (ISO 9001, VDA 6.3, ISO 19011 o. Ä.)

  • Erfahrung im Halbleiter‑, High‑Tech‑ oder Präzisionsfertigungsumfeld

  • Bereitschaft zu internationalen Dienstreisen (ca. 40 %)
