- Support various commodities and programs after PO placement
- Ensure compliance with company and business policies
- Manage delivery schedules, invoices, and material disposition requests
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned suppliers
- Review, reconcile, and approve supplier invoices
- Collaborate with internal and external teams across Global Supply Chain
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate activities to achieve objectives
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience Or a Master's degree with 0 years of professional experience in supply chain management, business and financial planning, contracts administration, project management, logistics, manufacturing, or a closely related field or 4 years of additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP system
- Experience in MS Office suite.
- Experience in critical thinking, and innovative behaviors in supply chain projects or roles.
- Ability to obtain a US Government issued Secret clearance
- US Citizenship is required.
- Government contract knowledge and/or experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience managing suppliers through the following: cost/schedule/quality.
- Active Security Clearance
- Ability to prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within the Aerospace or Aviation Industry is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in a global supply chain working environment.

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking to hire a Supply Chain Procurement Specialist to join its team of diverse and qualified individuals. This position will be in Roy, UT and will support the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) division.
