      THE JOB:

      The Table Games Dealer role involves the exciting responsibility of dealing table games professionally while delivering excellent guest service, creating an engaging and enjoyable gaming environment that ensures patrons have a memorable and positive experience.

      THE STARTING RATE: $6.75 per hour plus tips

      THE DAY-TO-DAY:

      • Deal one or more Game Types proficiently, including Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Craps, Specialty Games (Poker), and variations

      • Protect, control, and verify the accuracy of fills, credits, openers/closers, and marker transactions; accurately exchange cash or markers for chips; collect losing bets, pays winning bets, and collect commission based on game dealt

      • Communicate verbally with supervisors or Table Games Managers of unnatural or irregular play and disputes on the game

      • Notify supervisor immediately of all mistakes or claims and makes resolution only at the direction of the supervisor

      • Promote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests while staying alert to their needs and respond effectively to guest inquiries; resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management


      THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

      • Has high school diploma, GED or equivalent

      • Has 6+ months of prior relevant experience in dealing multiple table games experience working in a similar resort setting

      Pay Rate

      The rate for this role is:

      $6.75

      The estimated annual tips this role could reasonably be anticipated to receive is: $0 - $32,800.

      Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

      Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
