      Cherokee Casino Roland is seeking a part-time Table Games Dealer to join our growing team. This role involves managing a table game by dealing cards, exchanging currency for chips, and ensuring the security and integrity of the game. The dealer must be proficient in all game rules and procedures, assisting guests as needed and maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere. The position requires a high level of customer service and attention to detail.

      Qualifications

      • High School Diploma or GED and 6 months of directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
      • Ability to provide a high standard of guest service.
      • Ability to successfully complete training in the CNE Gaming Academy.
      • Ability to obtain and maintain a license from the appropriate gaming authority.

      Responsibilities

      • Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing of cards.
      • Maintain the security of the table game by inspecting decks and ensuring the safety of all chips and currency.
      • Exchange guest currency for gaming chips.
      • Assist guests in playing and ensure their adherence to established rules, policies, and procedures.
