- Develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy for the West Region, aligning hiring plans with business growth.
- Use market insight, workforce planning, and recruiting data to identify talent opportunities and address hiring challenges before they impact the business.
- Lead and develop a high-performing recruiting team responsible for hiring across the region.
- Set clear performance expectations, coach recruiters to operate as strategic partners, and ensure the team delivers strong hiring outcomes and an exceptional candidate experience.
- Work closely with the West Region CPO, HR leaders, and partner firm leadership to align hiring strategy with business priorities.
- Provide insights into talent markets, hiring performance, and workforce needs while building trusted relationships across the region.
- This role also requires periodic travel to partner firms across the West Region to build strong relationships with local leadership and HR teams, strengthen recruiting partnerships, and stay closely connected to the businesses you support.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes, technology, and sourcing strategies to strengthen hiring efficiency and employer brand.
- Contribute to broader TA initiatives as part of the Trilon TA Leadership Team, helping shape recruiting practices across the organization.
- Significant experience in talent acquisition leadership, including managing recruiting teams.
- Experience recruiting within AEC or civil engineering environments.
- Proven ability to translate business growth plans into effective hiring strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing recruiting teams.
- Data-driven approach to recruiting performance and decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive partnership skills.
- Curiosity about recruiting technology, process improvement, and modern TA practices.
- Based in the Western United States with the ability to work within Pacific Time Zone business hours and travel periodically to partner firms across the region.

Description
As Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition for Trilon's West Region, you will lead the hiring strategy for a rapidly expanding region that currently includes three partner firms and more than 1,500 employees, with significant growth ahead. This role is designed for a TA leader who wants to build, shape, and own something meaningful.
You'll guide a team of recruiters while partnering closely with regional and firm leadership to ensure hiring strategy aligns with business growth. As a member of the Trilon Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, reporting to the VP of Talent Acquisition and partnering closely with the West Region CPO, you'll have both regional ownership and enterprise-level visibility.
