      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the full life-cycle hiring process for assigned roles, focusing on both technical and non-technical positions
      - Engage passive candidates through various sourcing techniques to meet current and future hiring needs
      - Foster a referral culture to encourage employee-driven talent referrals across teams
      - Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements and enhance the hiring process
      - Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of experience as an in-house recruiter for a SaaS tech company
      - Proven experience in managing the end-to-end hiring process, including job descriptions, interviews, and offers
      - Strong sourcing skills with the ability to effectively engage passive candidates
      - Proficiency in recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and data management/reporting techniques
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in native-level English

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in implementing AI in hiring processes
      - Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems
      - Understanding of the cloud management space
      - Experience managing remote hiring processes and hiring in APAC
      - A BA in Human Resources or a related discipline
