      Talent Transformation Strategist, Lead

      The Opportunity:

      You will use your expertise in management consulting to examine complex systems through an innovation perspective, and make recommendations for improving organizational strategy, structure, human capital, and management practices. As a client engagement lead, you will often act as the day-to-day POC for the client, including providing management, administrative, and technical interface between the client and the Booz Allen team. As a team lead, you will steer a team of analysts in regularly consulting government leaders on iteratively designing and developing innovative solutions to support talent transformation efforts. You will also serve as career manager to staff, including providing direct manager guidance, support for career development, and oversight to resolving concerns. You will serve as dedicated expert practitioner in the management consulting pillars and assist with developing new service offerings and drive the development of new service offerings and intellectual capital for talent transformation efforts.

      You Have:

      • 10+ years of experience with talent management, employee engagement, or corporate strategy
      • 8+ years of experience with conducting organizational assessments, conducting trend analysis, developing business cases, and making recommendations for improvement
      • 5+ years of experience with supporting large, dispersed client organizations in either the federal or private sector
      • 3+ years of experience with leading 8-20 member teams toward project goals
      • Experience with Talent Development, Talent Management, Product or Program Development, and Talent Initiative Design or Launch
      • Experience with creating business development documents, including proposals and whitepapers
      • Knowledge of how organizational design, processes, and technology integrate with talent management to support the organization's mission
      • Ability to obtain a security clearance
      • Bachelor’s degree

      Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
