About the job
As the Team Leader for Technical Training and Network Operations, you will work with the Global Tech Academy team to develop and execute the training plan for our European dealer network. You will enable our customers to further develop their technical knowledge and skills, with the goal of ensuring a fault-free installation of our products and the highest customer satisfaction. Your approach is effectively tailored to the target group and to modern ways of knowledge consumption: Learning before, and when it is needed. The position is hybrid.
Responsibilities
As a team leader, you are responsible for creating training plans, scheduling training (people, resources, and location), and developing the individuals in your team and the team as a whole.
Personal Characteristics
We are looking for someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who can easily establish connections and is driven to help others. You operate at HBO work and thinking level, have experience in providing training, are a structured planner, and have a good command of the English language, German language would be beneficial. It is a plus when you have experience in providing training, but if you don’t, (we have your back) and if you want to learn it, we can teach you. Willingness to travel (approx. 20%) is a plus. If you also have experience working within a large, preferably technical, organization, this could just be your new job! Webasto is evolving and changing. New technologies are emerging, there are rapid changes, and therefore there is a need for continuous acquisition of knowledge to stay up to date with the subject matter.In this position, you will report to the Global Training & Network Operations Manager.
