What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and execute acquisition strategies to win large, high-value Commercial & Enterprise prospects
- Lead Business Development Managers in pursuing complex opportunities exceeding $100K
- Negotiate with C-Level Executives and navigate intricate sales cycles
- Collaborate with finance and sales leaders on strategies for large financial deals
- Develop and execute tactical sales plans for technology business development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 10+ years of successful sales experience
- Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience in a business-to-business environment
- Proven track record of securing large-scale, complex deals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience; advanced degree preferred
