      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a technical advisor in customer engagements, showcasing the Möbius platform and understanding customer needs
      - Manage a portfolio of House Accounts, ensuring account health, driving platform adoption, and managing renewals
      - Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues as the first point of contact for users
      - Guide and educate STEM instructors through the onboarding and implementation process
      - Oversee the technical customer journey from contract signing to successful launch, including system setups and integrations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in EdTech with knowledge of LMS/EdTech platforms and LTI/API integrations
      - Experience owning a portfolio of accounts and contributing to renewal outcomes
      - Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical and institutional issues
      - Proven track record of managing multi-phase technical implementation and onboarding projects
      - Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience partnering with Sales to lead technical discovery and build tailored product demos
      - Ability to anticipate and address customer needs or adoption barriers proactively
      - Proficiency in designing training plans and creating technical documentation and knowledge base content
      - Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
      - Passion for continuous learning and sharing knowledge with others
