What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver solutions by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding users through resolution steps
- Educate clients on features and functionality of hardware products and software applications
- Provide first and second tier telephone, email, and remote support to customers
- Conduct deep dive reviews of client business systems requirements and operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot product issues and communicate effectively with clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of Technical Support experience, preferably in Phone Support
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience
- Two-year degree in Information Technology or related experience
- Knowledge of systems design and implementation in a database environment and technical aspects of personal computer environments
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to learn quickly in a self-directed environment with minimal supervision
