What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide elevated tech support by collaborating with product and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Ensure customer success by helping partners/customers effectively utilize Huntress products to meet their business goals
- Participate in events to lead training sessions on product usage and best practices
- Act as a technical advocate for partners/customers within the organization, relaying feedback for product improvements
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell growth opportunities during technical account reviews
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, pre-sales, or a similar role
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry and familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with executive-level audiences
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Comfort with traveling 25% of the time for face-to-face customer meetings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
- Knowledge of programming or scripting languages
- Experience with MSP tools like RMMs and PSAs
- Familiarity with working with SIEM tools like Elastic, Splunk, etc.
