  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Serve as the technical subject matter expert for the Fastpath product family, focusing on access risk management and compliance reporting
  - Act as a trusted advisor to customers, maximizing value from their Fastpath deployment and accelerating issue resolution
  - Deliver remote services including configuration guidance, onboarding, and training on audit workflows
  - Monitor customer health metrics and share insights to support renewals and proactive engagement
  - Document customer environments and share details with internal teams for efficient issue resolution
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 4+ years of experience in a technical advisory or success role related to compliance and audit
  - Strong background in compliance, audit, or internal audit functions with practical experience in control evidence collection
  - Hands-on knowledge of enterprise applications involved in access governance and compliance initiatives
  - Proven track record leading compliance or transformational projects with minimal supervision
  - Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Familiarity with Fastpath solutions or comparable GRC/IGA tools
  - Experience working with cloud-based GRC, IGA, or access governance solutions
  - Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as COSO and ISACA best practices
  - Comfort engaging with complex, multi-divisional enterprise clients at executive levels
  - Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and absorb new technical and compliance information
