What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the technical relationship for major enterprise customers, guiding them through onboarding and integration
- Collaborate with customer data engineering, analytics, and platform teams to embed solutions into their data ecosystem
- Troubleshoot complex data observability and pipeline challenges, working closely with Product, Support, and Engineering teams
- Lead workshops, health checks, and account reviews to ensure long-term customer success
- Serve as the voice of the customer, providing insights to shape the product roadmap
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Technical Account Manager or Solutions Architect
- Understanding of modern data technologies including SQL and major data warehouses
- Strong project management skills to drive success in large enterprises
- Familiarity with data and AI observability concepts or a strong interest in learning
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in data and AI observability or analytics SaaS
- Background as a data engineer or analytics lead prior to a customer-facing role
- Knowledge of data governance or compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, or scripting languages
- Strong willingness to learn quickly in technical areas
