      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Transform customers’ technical support experience through proficiency in Samsara's products and solutions
      - Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring their technical needs are met
      - Develop a deep understanding of customers' business operations to align Samsara's solutions with their specific requirements
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with technical stakeholders within customer organizations
      - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and contribute to scaling the Technical Account Management team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as technical account management or customer success
      - Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
      - Exceptional technical literacy and ability to troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and API integrations
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
      - Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting global enterprise-level customers in a SaaS, IoT, or PaaS environment
      - Proven experience leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency and improve customer success
      - Familiarity with Samsara, Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, Gong, Gainsight, and Tableau
      - Basic Python coding skills for enhanced technical solutions
