  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Collaborate with technical client representatives to support API integrations and overall technical system design
  - Prepare technical solution architecture, pricing proposals, and implementation plans in coordination with sales and product teams
  - Guide client implementation and ongoing servicing for API products and services
  - Analyze current technologies within customer environments and recommend improvements
  - Facilitate Agile processes, contributing to various Agile meetings and ensuring project milestones are met
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field such as information management, computer science, or engineering
  - Minimum 7 years of experience in solutions engineering
  - Minimum 3 years of experience with integrated merchant acquiring and/or payment facilitation products
  - Strong understanding of API technology and related integration standards
  - Experience working with ERPs and Treasury Management System integrations
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Industry expertise in Small Business and Commercial Banking, as well as payments
  - Experience building fintech products within an enterprise banking environment
  - Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients through various formats
  - Entrepreneurial attitude with adaptability across product, technology, and delivery roles
  - Familiarity with various technical tools such as SQL query managers and testing tools
